 PLACING AN ORDER FAQ 

​How Do I Place An Order?​

Click on the product you would like to purchase. Select the size (if available), color (if options available), and add to your cart. Once you add to your cart, you can select to view your cart and check out, or return to the products page and select another product. Once you have all the desired products in your cart, click on the cart in the upper right corner of the screen, or select view cart from the side panel. Enter your shipping and billing information as prompted. All major credit cards are accepted.

Why am I paying taxes on my order?

Online orders are paid directly by the customer, which makes the order subject to being taxed as required by law.

How is pricing determined for the items I am purchasing from my group or organization?

The coordinator of your sale sets the prices for each item. The base cost is determined by the product, number of print or embroidery areas, number of colors in each print or embroidered area, and anticipated quantities. Therefore, some similar items may vary in price between each group's shop.

Why do I have to wait to receive my order?

In order to give your group the best prices, we print all items in a sale at the same time. Once all items are printed, we pack each order out by seller before giving to the coordinator to distribute. All prices quoted to your coordinator are based on expected quantity. 

 

Payment & Shipping

If you would like to place your order by check or cash, please contact the coordinator of your sale to see if that option is available. Otherwise, please use a credit card for payment.

Unless your coordinator has set up a shipping option, all orders will be distributed through your coordinator approximately 2 weeks after the sale end date.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size!

If you have already submitted your order and realized you have made a mistake, please call the shop right away at (812) 934-2616 and let us know. If the order has not gone to print, we can correct the order before printing.



Returns & Refunds

Please check to make sure you have selected the correct sizing, color, and other options. Check to make sure the spelling is correct if you are purchasing additional personalization on a product. All products are custom and, therefore cannot be returned. However, if you feel a product is flawed, broken, or defective, please bring the item to Joan's T--shirt Printing on North Main Street in Batesville to see if the product is eligible for replacement.
